In particular, I propose arty in uncap allowed as long as they have another base

What if the commander fires on the uncap, then that team loses that base at the same time? I am not against no arty on uncap. I think it should be all or nothing, other than that it could be a problem to admin. That's my input for arty.....

As I said a couple days agree the less rule the better. Alot of them are common sense though.
There are alot of conditions I see who and how the noncap can be attacked.
-Only Spec Ops
-Pad raping on the chopper. You will get people saying the choppers wheels left the pad, when in fact they didnt. I think this is hard to determine, especially after watching as commander yesterday. Im at a loss at the moment to make it fair to both sides.
Im not completely against arty on the noncap but it will make it hard to admin. Its better than actual people coming to spawn rape. The arty is only a small area on the noncap. No where on the battlefield is safe from some sort of danger. Plus, it will help motivate people not to stay in the noncap. Personally, Id say arty on the noncap is fine all the time. BUT... while trying to build our base of players maybe not. Regardless, I think it should be all or nothing as Zombie stated.
Bunnyhoping... I personally hate it. I have seen alot of competetion players do it. I jump alot to get over boxes to hide/surprise people or take uncommon routes. How graceful is this?
Just some thoughts... and definitely not deep ones...

I agree with Onslaught on this one.. Little rules = Full server.. but those little rules need to be enforced.. i mean i hate to say it but look at SoE.. little rules.. and look at their server.. always full.. yea sure, we hate it.. but we also hate all bunny hoppers and they allow it.... is it something were doing wrong?? with the rules.. i mean We all let bunny hopping slide a bit.. soo im saying maybe get rid of it... WE dont have to do it.. and it is pretty easy to counter.. which i have just found out

The bunny rule isn't something that needs to be enforced often, but my vote is to leave the rule standing. Arty on the uncap....personally I can say yes, all the way...or no..not ever, and be satisfied either way. Ghost town has so many people firing in to and out of the uncap that as long as nobody GOES in to the uncap, that's the best way to admin that, if we try to stop people from shooting in we won't be able to play..we will spend all round issueing warnings and kicks.
